Polyethylene compounds for irrigation, packaging, and tanks

Besides polypropylene, Sabin Polymer Arvand produces polyethylene-based compounds. Catalog lines are calcium carbonate-reinforced injection PE, rotomolding compound, PE100 compound, PE film compound, and blow-molding PE granules.

Rotomolding and PE100

Rotomolding compound is specified for water, chemical, agricultural, and transport tanks, with dimensional stability, color uniformity, impact strength, UV/weather resistance, and chemical resistance. PE100 compound is listed for pipes, fittings, and fluid transfer in extrusion, with strength and long-term durability.

Film, injection, and blow molding

Film compound is positioned for packaging, including stretch film, pouches, and shrink-wrap. Carbonate-filled injection PE is listed for appliances and packaging; blow-molding granules for packaging and agriculture. Choice among injection, rotational molding, film, or blow molding should follow the customer’s process and end use.
