Wind Turbines have their own pin points, and can be placed by using any Placement token as a wild card, instead of placing the corresponding standard pawn, like gondolas in the Canals Expansion and Lookout Towers in the Forest Expansion. You will need to use Energy Cables to connect the Wind Turbines you have built
