Azienda Agricola Cos Frappato Metodo Classico Extra Brut Terre Siciliane IGT, Sicily, Italy 2019 Chateau La Dominique Last time I rated thisFairly fresh pink color and showing hints of strawberries and raspberries in the nose. Floral, rhubarb and cherry notes lead into a wine with bright freshness and mineral backbone. Tense with a persistent finish, this wine is hopping with plenty of life ahead. Very complex, high toned with delicious red fruit.
