For this item XS Small is a 12 13" neck, medium large 14 15", and extra large is 16 17" when the neck corset is fully laced or open a little. Available in all store PVC colors with your choice of black, gold, silver, or white eyelets and black, white, or red elastic cord. Contrast trim or alternating colour panels
